Hi, I'm Abdel, a growth operator in Toronto. Over five years in DTC I've shipped 15+ Shopify stores, run $1M+ in ad spend at a 3.4x blended return, and written, designed and tested around 300 creatives myself. Store, ads and creative are usually three hires. I'm happy being all three.
Build, buying and creative are one loop, and I run the whole thing. The store is built for the ads, the ads are built for the store, and a new angle goes live the day I think of it, not after a sprint.
Theme work in Liquid, custom sections, funnel and landing page builds, subscription and bundle flows, PDP and checkout testing, TXT Cart for SMS recovery. I ship the change, then check whether it actually moved AOV instead of assuming it did.
Meta, TikTok and Google Ads at $5k to $60k a month, plus native on Taboola and Outbrain for advertorial and pre-sell traffic. Account structure, testing cadence, incrementality checks, and clean reporting a founder can read without a call.
Direct response first: awareness levels, and leading with the strongest claim the market will take. Then I build the statics and advertorials myself and use AI for angles, scripts and product imagery. A new batch takes hours, not a sprint.
Rebuilt the PDP around a subscribe-first offer, then rebuilt the ad account to match it. Creative refresh cycle went from six weeks to nine days.
A launch taken from zero to $600k in year one on a single-creator creative engine. Lead costs held between $9.51 and $34 across the whole scale-up.
Multi-bottle bundle builder plus a rewritten product page. Same traffic, bigger carts.

Honestly I hired Abdel to fix our product page and ended up handing him the ad account too. He'd send me a new angle, build the creative himself, and have it live before I'd finished reading the message. We cancelled our agency three months in and never went back.
We went past $60k a month with him and the returns held, which had not happened with the two buyers before. What I appreciated most was that he explained what he was doing in plain language, and left everything documented when we brought someone in alongside him.
I got into ecom fixing broken themes for friends' brands in 2018. The stores got better and the traffic didn't, so I taught myself media buying, and the two jobs turned out to be one job.
Since then I've been in-house at a $3M brand and agency-side buying for a handful of accounts at once. Along the way I picked up copy and design, because waiting a week for one static ad kills a test plan. I write the hooks and advertorials, build the creative in Canva and Figma, run native alongside paid social, and use AI tooling to ship a new batch the same day.
I reply within a day, and I'll be honest if it isn't a fit. Every number on this page has a dashboard behind it, and I'm always glad to walk you through any of them live.
